A naturalized Ukrainian citizen since 2008, Serbian-born Dević made his international debut for his adopted country in 2008.[6] He has earned 35 caps and scored 7 international goals for Ukraine.[7] In 2013, he became the first player to score a hat-trick for the Ukraine national football team in an official match.
