He is the chairman of the Board of Directors of SATAS Group and Sapa Thale Group, a global financial conglomerate with diversified interests in finance, technology, and real estate.[4]
In 2016 he was elected as a people's deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam and served in the economics committee.[5][6][failed verification] In 2018, he signed a bilateral investment cooperation agreement with the Dubai Investment Development Agency (DUBAI FDI) and the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA).[7][8] Minh also collaborated with the governments of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, and Dubai on various investment initiatives.[2]
In 2019, he met with Bosnia and Herzegovina President Milorad Dodik, Serbia Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, and Sprska President Zeljka Cvijanovic.[9][why?]
