Lennar Corporation is a home construction company based in the Waterford District, an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County, Florida with a Miami postal address.[1] As of 2023, the company was the second-largest home construction company in the United States based on the number of homes sold.[2][3] In 2023, the company was ranked 119th on the Fortune 500.[4]
