Kou Hoi In (Chinese: 高開賢, born 1953[1]) is a Macau politician serving as the President of the Legislative Assembly of Macau and a member of National People’s Congress.[2] He was elected with a 32 vote majority from the 33 sworn in legislators of Macau.[3]
