John Guille Millais (/ˈmɪleɪ/ MIL-ay, also US: /mɪˈleɪ/ mil-AY;[1][2][3][4] 24 March 1865 – 24 March 1931) was a British artist,[5] naturalist, gardener and travel writer who specialised in wildlife and flower portraiture.
