'Jefferson also known as Jeff Springs and Jefferson Springs Station[1] is an unincorporated community in the Pine Bluff metropolitan area of northwestern Jefferson County in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is situated on the Union Pacific Railway (UP), 15.5 miles (24.9 km) northwest of Pine Bluff, the county seat,[2] and is the home of the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR).[3]
