Indya Kincannon (born March 30, 1971) is an American politician who serves as the 69th Mayor of Knoxville, Tennessee since 2019. She won the 2019 mayoral election with more than 52% of the runoff vote over opponent Eddie Mannis.[2] She is Knoxville's second female mayor, after her predecessor Madeline Rogero. Though elected in a nonpartisan municipal election, Kincannon is affiliated with the Democratic Party.[3]
