Hugh Armstrong (August 5, 1858[1] – March 4, 1926) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1892 to 1896 and from 1902 to 1915, and was a senior cabinet minister in the government of Rodmond Roblin. Armstrong was a member of the Conservative Party.[2]
