Hueto Arriba (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈweto aˈriβa]) or Otogoien (Basque pronunciation: [otoɣoi.en])^[2] is a hamlet and concejo located in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz, in Álava province, Basque Country, Spain.
