Huang Huang (Chinese: 黄璜; born August 1933) is a Chinese Communist politician who served as party secretary of Anhui from 1984 to 1986 and party secretary of Ningxia from 1989 to 1997.

He was a member of the 12th and 14th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.[1] He was a delegate to the 6th and 7th National People's Congress.[1] He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 9th and 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.[1][2]
