Hikmet Çetin (born 10 August 1937)[1][2][3] is a Turkish retired politician of Kurdish origin.[4] He held various national posts during his career, including Foreign Affairs Minister (1991–1994) and Speaker of the Grand National Assembly (1997–1999).
