The village is on Letcombe Brook, about 1+1⁄2 miles (2.4 km) north of Wantage and 14 miles (23 km) south-west of Oxford. The 2011 Census recorded the parish's population as 7,178.[1] It is also home to Formula One constructor Williams Racing.[2]
