Gračanka (Serbian: Грачанка) or Graçanka (Albanian: Graçankë) (also known as Gračanica/Graçanicë, Грачаница) is a river in Kosovo. Its name is derived from Gradac, a toponym of fortified cities.[1] It flows into the Sitnica near the settlement of Vragoli.
