Gmina Syców is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Syców, which lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) north-east of Oleśnica, and 52 kilometres (32 mi) north-east of the regional capital Wrocław. It is part of the Wrocław metropolitan area.

Gmina Syców is bordered by the gminas of Dziadowa Kłoda, Kobyla Góra, Międzybórz, Oleśnica, Perzów and Twardogóra.
