Geoffrey Arthur Akeroyd Nettle AC KC (born 2 December 1950[1]) is a former Justice of the High Court of Australia, the highest court in the Australian court hierarchy, who served from 3 February 2015[2] to 30 November 2020.[3] Prior to his appointment to the High Court, he served as a judge at the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Victoria, where he presided from June 2004 to 2015.[2]
