In this Hong Kong name, the surname is Yick. In accordance with Hong Kong custom, the Western-style name is Frankie Yick and the Chinese-style name is Yick Chi-ming.
Frankie Yick Chi-ming, SBS (Chinese: 易志明, born 1953) is an engineer, businessman and member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong for the Transport functional constituency.[1] He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2017.[2]
