Fazel Hadi Muslimyar (born in 1974) is a politician from Afghanistan from Dawat-e-Islami party.[1] He served as President,[2] Speaker[3][4][5] and Chairman[6][7] of House of Elders[8] from January 2011 until the Fall of Kabul in August 2021.

He was born in 1974 in Dawlatzai village, Chaparhar District of Nangahar Province.[1] Muslimyar was elected in 2010 by majority of votes as the deputy chairman of the House of Elders.[1] About one year later on 29 January 2011 he was elected as chairman of the House of Elders.
