If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources. The topic also seems rather ill-defined. The question "what is a country" is not as straightforward as you might think, and any list needs to be properly sourced. Declined by Mako001 19 months ago. |
- Comment: Unclear selection criteria with claims listed here that are not found anywhere else on Wikipedia Slywriter (talk) 01:48, 26 March 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Please see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of shortest-lived sovereign states. You need to show that this is notable in a way that list was not. And, while this draft covers a slightly different topic, most of the arguments there apply here as well. This draft would also benefit from a WP:LISTCRITERIA on what defines a country. The reason why the list of shortest-lived sovereign states was deleted was in part due to a lack of criteria for the countries included. This article has the same problem, and you need to define what constitutes a country in the lede. Finally, this fails WP:V since the overwhelming majority of this list are linked entries to Wikipedia articles. Wikipedia isn't a reliable source. Chess (talk) (please use
