Cord Asendorf Sr. (January 27, 1858 – January 6, 1944)[1] was a German–American businessman based in Savannah, Georgia. A prominent merchant, he is also noted for designing Savannah's "Gingerbread House", at today's 1921 Bull Street, in 1899.[2][3]
