Communication assistance in Israel (Hebrew: סל תקשורת, Sal Tikshoret, lit. "Communication Basket"), is supplied to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community in Israel by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Services (Molsa),[1] after the demonstrations of The Association of the Deaf in Israel (Acha),[2] which were held from May 5, 2002[3] until June 12, 2002.[4]
