Choices 2020

"Choices 2020" is the ninth episode of the twelfth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.^[1][2][3] Rachel Bloom and Jeff Goldblum are guest judges.

Jackie Cox wins the episode's Cats-inspired mini challenge.^[4]

The episode's main challenge has contestants participate in a mock political summit.^[5] Rachel Bloom and Jeff Goldblum are guest judges.^[6] Jaida Essence Hall is declared the winner.^[7] Jackie Cox and Widow Von'Du placed in the bottom two, and the latter was eliminated from the competition after losing a lip sync to "Firework" (2010) by Katy Perry.^[6]

Reception

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Goldblum "[came] under fire on social media for asking if Islam was 'anti-homosexuality' and anti-woman'" on the episode.^{[8][9][10][11]} His comment reportedly sparked a debate among viewers.^[12][13][14]
