Ken'ichi Azuma (東 建一, Azuma Ken'ichi, 5 January 1956 – 11 March 2023), known professionally as Chen Kenichi (陳建一, Chin Ken'ichi)[lower-alpha 1] was a Japanese chef and restaurateur, best known for his role as the Iron Chef Chinese on the television series Iron Chef (料理の鉄人).
