Centerville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Yell County, Arkansas, United States. Centerville is located at the junction of Arkansas Highways 7 and 154, 6.5 miles (10.5 km) north-northeast of Ola. It was first listed as a CDP in the 2020 census with a population of 283.[2]
