Carmine Di Sibio (born March 23, 1963) is an Italian-born American business executive. He is the Global Chairman and CEO of EY, formerly known as Ernst & Young.[1][2] He explored a potential break up attempt of EY, known as Project Everest, naming himself the CEO of the future public company for consulting services which was ultimately not pursued.
