Burak Akçapar (born 27 May 1967 in Istanbul) is a Turkish diplomat and current Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.[3] He has served as Turkey's ambassador to Spain[4] and India and non-resident ambassador to Sri Lanka (2011-12), Maldives and Nepal.[5] He is an associate professor of international relations, and has published three books.[6]
