Bratsi was created on 19 February 1970 by Decreto Ejecutivo 13.[2]
Bratsi has an area of 180.44 km2[3] and an elevation of 32 metres.[1]
For the 2011 census, Bratsi had a population of 7,318 inhabitants.[6]
