Bijoy Chandra Bhagavati

Bijoy Chandra Bhagwati (20 January 1904 ā 8 May 1997) was an Indian politician belonging to the Indian National Congress. He was elected to the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from the Tezpur Assam in 1957, 1962 and 1967.[1][2][3] He was national president of INTUC. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1992.[4][5]
