Bayo Onanuga (born 20 June 1957) is a Nigerian journalist. He was appointed as the Special Adviser on information and strategy on the 13th of October 2023 by the current Nigerian President, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He co-founded TheNews Magazine and was appointed as the managing director of the News Agency of Nigeria by President Muhammadu Buhari in May 2016. Prior to that, he served as the CEO and editor-in-chief of PM News and TheNEWS magazine.[1][2][3]
