Antonio Ramon Delgado (born January 28, 1977) is an American attorney and politician serving as the 65th lieutenant governor of New York since 2022. A member of the Democratic Party, Delgado served as the U.S. representative from New York's 19th congressional district from 2019 to 2022. He is the first person of either African–American or Latino descent to be elected to Congress from Upstate New York,[2] and the first Latino person to hold statewide office in New York.[3]
