Aleksander Majkowski (Kashubian: Aleksander Majkòwsczi; 17 July 1876 – 10 February 1938) was a Polish-Kashubian writer, poet, journalist, editor, activist, and physician.[1] He was the most important figure in the Kashubian movement before World War II. He was the editor of "Gryf" (The Griffin) and author of the greatest Kashubian novel Żëcé i przigodë Remusa ("The Life and Adventures of Remus"), and The History of the Kashubs.
