The 2023–24 Polish Cup (Polish: Puchar Polski [ˌpuxar ˈpɔlskʲi]) was the 70th season of the annual Polish football knockout tournament. The competition began on 2 August 2023 with the preliminary round the first of seven rounds and ended on 2 May 2024 with the final match at the PGE Narodowy in Warsaw.[1] The Polish Cup is considered the second-most important club title in Polish football after the Ekstraklasa championship. The competition is organised by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The Polish Cup is sponsored by Fortuna, making the official name Fortuna Puchar Polski.[2] The winners were assured a place in the first qualifying round of the 2024–25 UEFA Europa League.

Legia Warsaw were the defending champions. In the final, Wisła Kraków defeated Pogoń Szczecin 2–1 after extra time, winning their fifth title and becoming the fifth second-division club to win the competition. The last time such a situation occurred was in the 1995–96 season.[3]
