The 1991 Riklis Classic, also known as the Tel Aviv Open, was a men's tennis tournament played on hard courts that was part of the World Series of the 1991 ATP Tour. It was played at the Israel Tennis Centers in the Tel Aviv District city of Ramat HaSharon, Israel from October 7 through October 14, 1991. Unseeded Leonardo Lavalle, who entered the main draw as a qualifier, won the singles title.[3]
