Η Άνω Λουσατία (γερμανικά: Oberlausitz; άνω σορβικά: Hornja Łužica; κάτω σορβικά: Górna Łužyca; πολωνικά: Łużyce Górne ή Milsko, τσέχικα: Horní Lužice) είναι ιστορική περιοχή της Γερμανίας και της Πολωνίας. Μαζί με την Κάτω Λουσατία στο βορρά, δημιουργεί την περιοχή της Λουσατίας, που ονομάζεται έτσι από την σλαβική φυλή Lusici. Και οι δύο Λουσατίες έχουν πληθυσμούς από την μειονοτική ομάδα των Σορβών.

Το μεγαλύτερο κομμάτι της Άνω Λουσατίας ανήκει στο Γερμανικό κρατίδιο της Σαξονίας. Το πολωνικό κομμάτι, ανατολικά του ποταμού Νίσα, ανήκει στο Βοεβοδάτο Κάτω Σιλεσίας.
Η ιστορική πρωτεύουσα της Άνω Λουσατίας είναι το Μπάουτσεν. Το όνομα Άνω Λουσατία καταγράφηκε για πρώτη φορά το 1474.[1][2]
Η Άνω Λουσατία γενικά παρουσιάζει ένα λοφώδες τοπίο, και στα νότια παρατηρούνται τα βουνά της Λουσατίας, που αποτελούν το δυτικότερο μέρος των Σουδητικών Όρεων.
