Tølløse Kommune i Vestsjællands Amt blev dannet ved kommunalreformen i 1970. Ved strukturreformen i 2007 blev den indlemmet i Holbæk Kommune sammen med Jernløse Kommune, Svinninge Kommune og Tornved Kommune.
