Cemex er verdens fjerdestørste producent af cement. Hovedkvateret er etableret i Monterrey,i det nordlige Mexico. Navnet Cementos Mexicanos kommer fra en sammensmeltning af Cemento Hidalgo (stiftet i 1906) og Cementos Portland Monterrey (stiftet i 1920).
