Teisen frau o Aberffraw, Ynys Môn, yw teisen 'Berffro. Cymysgir menyn a siwgr ac yna blawd i wneud y toes. Pobir y bisgedi mewn cregyn bylchog yn ôl traddodiad Aberffraw ond gellir defnyddio torrwr yn lle.[1]
Maent yn debyg i'r teisen frau mwy enwog o'r Alban a elwir yn "shortbread".
