Roedd Lydia Sherwood (enw geni Lilly Shalveson) (5 Mai 1906 – 20 Ebrill 1989) yn actor ffilm a llwyfan Seisnig [1]. Roedd hi'n un o 5 merch Joseph Shalveson. Graddiodd o ysgol drama RADA.[2] Chwaraeodd ei rhan llwyfan cyntaf yn nrama comedi Daisy Fisher Lavender Ladies.[3] Bu’n briod a’r bardd Lazarus Aaronson o 1924 hyd iddynt ysgaru ym 1931.[4]
