Awdures, darlunwraig, botanegwraig a chadwraethwraig o Loegr oedd Helen Beatrix Potter (28 Gorffennaf 1866 – 22 Rhagfyr 1943) ac roedd yn fwyaf adnabyddus am ei llyfrau plant, a oedd yn cynnwys cymreriadau anifeiliaidd megis Pwtan y Gwningen (Peter Rabbit).[1]
