Triptih ( /ˈtrɪptɪk/ TRIP -tik ; od grčkog pridjeva τρίπτυχον "triptukhon" ("tri puta"), od tri, odnosno, "tri" i ptysso, odnosno, "fold" ili ptyx, tj. "fold") [1] je umjetničko djelo (obično panelna slika ) koje je podijeljeno na tri dijela, ili tri rezbarena panela koji su spojeni šarkama i mogu se sklopiti ili otvoriti otvorenim. Stoga je to vrsta poliptiha, termin za sve radove sa više ploča. Srednji panel je tipično najveći, a uz njega se nalaze dva manja srodna djela, iako postoje triptisi panela jednake veličine. Obrazac se može koristiti i za privjesak nakita.
Osim asocijacije na umjetnost, termin se ponekad koristi općenito općenito za označavanje svega sa tri dijela, posebno ako je integriran u jednu cjelinu.[2]
