Glikogenoliza

Glikogenoliza je proces razlaganja glikogena (n) na glukoza-6-fosfat i glikogen (n-1). Ogranci glikogena se kataboliziraju postepenim otklanjanjem glukoznih monomera putem fosforilize, a pomoću enzima glikogen fosforilaza.[1][2][3][4][5]
