Мангёндэ (кар. 만경대, 萬景臺) — малы населены пункт (вёска) за 12 км на паўднёвы захад ад Пхеньяна. Адміністрацыйна ўваходзіць у правінцыю Пхеньян. Назва вёскі складаецца з элементаў «дзесяць тысяч» (ман), «пейзаж» (ген), «зялёны пагорак» (дэ) і звязана з выглядам з мясцовых пагоркаў на раку Тэданган.
Мангёндэ вядома як родная вёска Кім Ір Сена. Тут ён правёў першыя восем гадоў свайго жыцця[1]. У сучаснай КНДР Мангёндэ з’яўляецца усепачытальным месцам палітычнага паломніцтва. Дом, у якім нарадзіўся Кім Ір Сен, ператвораны ў музей.
У экспазіцыі музея прадстаўлены чарнільніца і пісьмовы стол Кім Ір Сена. Недалёка ад дома знаходзіцца калодзеж, ваду з якога ў дзяцінстве піў Кім Ір Сен.
На самым высокім месцы ў наваколлі Мангёндэ размешчана назіральная пляцоўка з павільёнам, адкуль адкрываецца панарама Пхеньяна. У 1982 годзе тут быў адкрыты парк культуры і адпачынку працоўных. Побач размешчана Мангёндэскае рэвалюцыйнае вучылішча.
У патрыятычнай моладзевай песні «Круглы месяц Мірона» згадваецца Мангёндэ. Аб Мангёндэскім рэвалюцыйным вучылішчы спяваецца ў песні «Два дрэвы»[2]. Мангёндэ адлюстроўвалася на шэрагу банкнот КНДР, пачынаючы з 1978 года. Малюнак вёскі быў змешчаны на банкноту наміналам 100 вон. Мангёндэ разам з партрэтам Кім Ір Сена былі намаляваныя на купюрах наміналам 100, 1000, 5000 вон аж да 2009 года[3].
У красавіку 2016 года ў Пхеньяне прайшла выстаўка карцін 1970-х і 1980-х гадоў, прысвечаных Кім Ір Сену. У іх ліку былі карціны «Мангёндэ — месца нараджэння прэзідэнта Кім Ір Сена» і «Мангёндэ вясной»[4].
