Форум Траяна (лац.: Forum Traiani) — храналагічна апошні з імператарскіх форумаў Рыма[3], сканструяваны архітэктарам Апаладорам з Дамаска.
Форум быў пабудаваны па загаду імператара Траяна і быў упрыгожаны трафеямі, прывезенымі пасля заваявання Дакіі ў 106 годзе[3]. Паводле рымскага альманаха Fasti Ostiensi, форум быў адкрыты ў 112 годзе, калона Траяна ў 113 годзе.
Для пабудовы такога велізарнага збудавання была неабходнай праца вялікай колькасці людзей: працоўныя зрылі схілы Квірынала і Капіталійскага ўзгорка, якія зачынялі даліну, занятую імператарскімі форумамі ў кірунку Марсавага поля. Магчыма, што земляныя працы былі пачаты яшчэ пры імператары Даміцыяне, але архітэктурны праект цалкам і цалкам належаў Апаладору з Дамаска[3], які таксама суправаджаў імператара Траяна ў дакійскай кампаніі.
Падчас будаўніцтва форума ў Рыме былі збудаваны рынак Траяна, Форум Цэзара (дзе была пабудавана Базіліка аргентарыяў), а таксама адрэстаўраваны Храм Венеры-Прамаці.

Базіліка Ульпія знаходзіцца на паўночным канцы каланады, выбрукаванай белым мармурам і ўпрыгожанай вялікай коннай статуяй Траяна.
На поўнач ад базілікі размяшчалася меншая каланада і храм, прысвечаны боскаму Траяну. Строга на поўначы ад базілікі Ульпія размяшчаліся дзве бібліятэкі, адна з лацінскімі дакументамі, іншая з грэчаскімі. Паміж дзвюма бібліятэкамі стаяла 38-метровая калона Траяна.[3]
У сярэдзіне IV стагоддзя імператар Канстанцый II падчас наведвання Рыма быў захоплены коннай статуяй Траяна і навакольнымі будынкамі. Візіт імператара і будынкі форума былі апісаны старажытнарымскім гісторыкам Аміянам Марцэлінам.
Да нашага часу захаваліся толькі часткі рынкаў і калона Траяна.
