Агнастыцы́зм (ад стар.-грэц. ἄγνωστος — «непазнавальны», «непазнаны») — пазыцыя ў філязофіі, тэорыі пазнаньня і тэалёгіі, якая палагае прынцыпова магчымым пазнаньне толькі праз досьвед (пазнаньне аб’ектыўнай рэчаіснасьці), і немагчымым пазнаньне любых гранічных і абсалютных асноваў рэальнасьці. Таксама адмаўляецца магчымасьць доказу або аспрэчаньня ідэяў і сьцьверджаньняў, заснаваных цалкам на суб’ектыўных пасылках. Часам агнастыцызм вызначаецца як філязофскае вучэньне, якое сьцьвярджае прынцыповую неспазнавальнасьць сьвету[1].
Падчас агульнакраёвага апытаньня Незалежным інстытутам сацыяльна-эканамічных і палітычных дасьледаваньняў (НІСЭПД) у верасьні 2002 году агностыкамі назвалі сябе 1% апытаных[2].
