Ye fíu de Glen Thomas Powel Sr. y Cyndy Powell, tien dos hermanes: Lauren Powell y Leslie Powell (cantante).

Antes de camudase a Los Angeles, Glen foi a la Universidá y convirtióse nun miembru activu de la fraternidá Sigma Phi Epsilon.

Glen graduóse del Westwood High School, n'Austin, Texas en mayu del 2007.

Carrera

De 1999 hasta'l 2003 formó parte del "Broadway Texas Players".

Nel 2012 apaeció como convidáu na serie NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service onde interpretó al marín sarxentu Evan Westcott.

Esi mesmu añu llogró un pequeñu papel na película Stuck in Love onde interpretó a un nuevu miembru de la fraternidá.

Nel 2014 Glen apaeció na tercer parte de la película The Expendables 3 onde interpretó a Thorn, un espertu n'informática que se xune al grupu de los "The Expendables".^[2][3][4]

N'ochobre del 2015 anuncióse que se xuniera al repartu de la película Sand Castle onde va interpretar al sarxentu Falvy. Na película va compartir réditos colos actores Henry Cavill, Luke Evans y Nicholas Hoult.^[5]
