Die meervoud van verhewendheid of plegtige meervoud[1] (Latyn: pluralis majestatis; Engels: royal we of royal plural) is die gebruik van die meervoudsvorm van die persoonlike voornaamwoord deur 'n enkele persoon om na homself te verwys, gewoonlik 'n monarg of owerheidspersoon.
