Yahya Qasim Sare'e (Arabic: يحيى قاسم سريع) is a brigadier general and military spokesperson since 2018 for the Yemeni Armed Forces (SPC), an offshoot closely related with the Houthi movement (or more formally Ansar Allah.)[3] He frequently appears in military statements made by the Yemeni Armed Forces most notably on the attacks targeting Zionist linked vessels passing through the Red Sea and Bab-el-Mandeb Strait. His statements are broadcast primarily via Al-Masirah TV, his Telegram channel, and his Twitter account, which was established on January 15, 2021.[4]
