Gregorio Araneta Avenue History
Prior to the creation of Quezon City, the area was then part of the municipality of San Juan del Monte, then part of the province of Rizal.
In 1933, the Rizal provincial government recommended the construction of a road between San Francisco del Monte and San Juan.[2]: 41
