Thomas Cato Tillar Sr.

Lieutenant Thomas Cato Tillar (January 16, 1924 - December 9, 2003) was an American naval aviator of the United States Navy who on September 12, 1944 by the words of President Roosevelt hastened the liberation of the Philippines and the final days of victory.[1]
