Serhiy Volodymyrovych Haidai (Ukrainian: Сергій Володимирович Гайдай; born 6 November 1975) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and politician.[1] He was the head of the Luhansk Regional Military–Civil Administration from 25 October 2019 to 15 March 2023.[2][3]
