Ružomberok (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈruʐɔmberɔk] ⓘ; German: Rosenberg; Hungarian: Rózsahegy; Polish: Rużomberk) is a town in northern Slovakia, in the historical Liptov region. It has a population of approximately 27,000 (or, 45,000–57,000 including nearby villages).
